Item types
DevHoard stores typed memories. Filter them from the app rail (Types use plural labels) with /app?type=SNIPPET (and the other enum values) — there are no separate type-only routes.

Labels and icons live in type-meta / type-icons. MCP never exposes SECRET bodies.

SECRET honesty
We encrypt SECRET content with a server-held key, keep titles searchable, deny SECRET over MCP, and only export SECRET bodies when you explicitly opt in.
We do not offer E2EE, per-user keys, or password-manager guarantees.
