• Hoard MCP Inbox is its own route: /app/inbox (Keep / Dismiss review queue)
• Dashboard (/app/dashboard) is personal stats — not Owner metrics
• Owner metrics need ADMIN_EMAILS matching your signed-in email — that is not Pro
• IMAGE uploads need Pro (User.plan) and R2_* env configured
• Clipper bookmarklet: Settings → API keys → drag Clip to DevHoard
